My name is Fabian Cook Jr. and I am a voiceover actor and audiobook narrator living in North San Diego, CA.

At the V.O. Dojo I have been exquisitely trained to deliver quality, precise, and engaging work to serve a variety of voiceover genres which include commercial, promo, animation, audiobook,  video game, and e-learning.

Also, as a grant recipient at The Great Audiobook Adventure, I have learned to serve the true literary artistry of authors and publishers alike while exploring the world of storytelling.

My voice has been described as “a warm, dark, chocolate soufflé,” which is perfect for romance novels, detective and mystery books; “a lighthouse beacon,” which lends itself to self-help books, inspirational and religious genres as well as memoirs and autobiographies; and “a kind, big brother,” which is perfect for children’s and young adult (YA) fiction.

I am a member of both the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and Actors Equity Association (AEA). As a mighty Shakespearean, I have performed in various works such as Macbeth, Coriolanus, and Richard III.

Whether it’s audiobooks—where I look to provide authors and publishers with an incredible listening experience; marketing your favorite product; promoting a hot new television show or upcoming sporting event; or playing with pace, pitch and placement to create an unforgettable animated character; it is my goal to produce superior results with my work for years to come.
